1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ForeverLove.Digital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Service
ForeverLove.Digital provides a platform for verified users to create personalized digital webpages ("Monuments") dedicated to their partners. These services include hosting, template customization, and secure access controls for the duration specified in your selected plan.

3. Your Content & Conduct
You retain all rights to the photos, messages, and audio you upload. However, by uploading content, you certify that:
- You own the rights to the content or have explicit permission to use it.
- The content is not illegal, abusive, defamatory, or infringing on any third-party rights.
- You will not use our platform to distribute malware, spam, or harmful code.

We reserve the right to remove any digital monument that violates these standards without refund.

4. Intellectual Property
While you own your personal content, the underlying design, code, graphics, and interactive elements of the templates remain the exclusive property of ForeverLove.Digital. You are granted a limited license to use these designs for your personal digital monument only.

5. Payment Terms
Services are billed on a one-time basis per monument. Prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes. We utilize Razorpay for secure payment processing and do not store sensitive billing information on our servers.

6. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime. However, we are not liable for temporary interruptions due to technical maintenance, server outages, or force majeure events. In the unlikely event of data loss, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Aurangabad, Maharashtra.
