We build digital experiences that are meant to last. Because our service involves the immediate allocation of server resources, custom domain routing, and real-time generation of your personalized monument, our refund policy reflects the nature of digital goods.

2. Non-Refundable Items
Once a digital monument has been generated and the unique link is live, we cannot offer a refund for "change of mind" or "incorrect personal details" (such as typos in names or dates). The preview function is provided to ensure accuracy before purchase.

3. Eligibility for Refunds
We stand by the quality of our code. You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Technical Failure: The digital monument fails to load or function as demonstrated, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 24 hours of your report.
- Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error.

4. Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before the final payment is processed. Once payment is confirmed and the digital asset is created, the order is considered fulfilled.

5. How to Request a Correction or Refund
If you encounter a technical issue, please email foreverlovedigital@gmail.com with your Order ID and a description of the problem. Our team reviews all requests manually and aims to resolve technical issues or process valid refunds within 3-5 business days.

6. Payment Reversals
Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. Bank processing times may vary (typically 5-7 business days).
